Announcements broadcast to the entire system are straightforward, but an undoubted benefit comes from being able to announce to individual classrooms or groups of classrooms and not to disturb teaching in classrooms where it is not relevant. To make an announcement you simply use a desk phone hooked up to the system. During the breaks the system can also serve as a school radio broadcast.

Thanks to school-wide audio from 2N you are able not only to configure the ringing individually for each class, but also to utilize it e.g. as a teaching aid. Each teacher has classrooms and spaces allocated to them in the system, into which they can themselves make broadcasts or play back audio from their laptop.
