Voice communication is ensured using the standardized SIP protocol. Open architecture enables compatibility with third-party IP exchanges. Thanks to its standardized ONVIF protocol, it can link to e.g. the video surveillance system of the municipal police.
The intercom doesn’t mind dust, noise or water, and with its excellent audio characteristics allows comfortable communication in noisy surroundings. Voice transmission quality is taken care of by intelligent ambient noise suppression, two microphones and a speaker of up to 10 W output.
The hallmark of the 2N® IP Safety SOS Communicator is its distinctive orange colour and blue backlit button. This makes it easy to find even in an emergency, even in poorer visibility.
