2N® EasyGate UMTS USB is an analogue UMTS/GSM gateway for the high speed transmission of voice and data. In addition, it also allows the receiving and sending of SMS texts using a simple SMS client. Being a full-blown alternative to a fixed line, it can meet the needs of customers who want to call while remaining connected to the data network.

The UMTS gateway can keep you informed via SMS about an outage of primary power, its coming on again, and the status of the backup batteries.

CREDIT LIMIT MONITORING
The gateway monitors the credit status and alerts via SMS when the set limit is reached. This saves you from exceeding your tariff limits so you won’t have to pay anything extra. -
DATA AND VOICE AT THE SAME TIME
When you connect to the Internet using HSDPA technology, this does not affect the operation of voice and text services at the gateway. -
AUTOMATIC DIALLING
In the event of a long lasting pick-up of the handset without dialling a number, a predefined number is dialled automatically. -
SMS INPUT
The gateway can also be used for monitoring. On detecting a switching SMS input, it can send a predefined SMS to a specified number.
