2N® Lift8 Camera Module is a recording device that once linked up to any IP, RS232 or RS485 camera, captures images from the lift cabin or monitored space. This is then saved at set intervals to the microSD memory card located in the camera module. The camera module can be used not only with the 2N® Lift8 system, but also as a standalone unit.

  • LIFT MONITORING 24/7

    Continuously monitor the lift cabin or house entrance. This improves your site security against vandalism.

  • HIDDEN FROM THE EYES OF VANDALS

    The camera module is hidden (e.g. in the lift cabin) and thus not directly accessible to the visitor. If the camera is stolen or destroyed the video record is not lost.

  • SIMPLE CONFIGURATION

    If the camera module is connected to the IP network, you can configure it via a web interface. If it is not connected, the configuration is pre-defined and stored on the microSD card.

  • DATA LOOP RECORDING

    The captured images are saved to the memory card at user pre-set intervals. After space fills up the oldest data are overwritten first.

  • PLUG & PLAY INSTALLATION

    The on-site installation can be done swiftly by predefining the configuration onto the SD card. The technician then only connects the Camera module to the camera, insert the SD card and switches everything on.

  • UP TO 30 DAYS’ FOOTAGE

    Save up to 30 days’ footage. The camera module supports the use of a microSD card for storing the image record, up to 32 GB capacity.

  • INCREASED SECURITY

    The record from the lift can be available online or on the microSD card, which is securely placed inside the camera module.

  • PROTECTION AGAINST VANDALISM

    The stored recording makes it possible to identify the perpetrator of any damage caused to the entrance or lift cabin. The data record provides evidence of vandalism.

  • SUPPORTED CAMERAS

    The camera module can be connected to any camera using RS232, RS485 interfaces, or any IP camera of your choice.
